The Conditions of our Price Promise are:

• 'On-line only' retailers are excluded from the Price Promise
• The item must be Brand new (Clearance items are excluded)
• The item must be offered under exactly the same terms, including: - o White Glove (two-man) Delivery Service
o Finance Terms
o Warranty Charges

To take advantage of our Price Promise, the following criteria is required to allow us to verify the information:-

• Details of the product and price
• Name and address of the competitor
• Written quotation from retailer offering lower price
• Items are being delivered to the same standard as our white glove service

Once this information is verified, we will beat that price by 10% of the difference without detracting from our usual high standard of quality and service.
