Because all our furniture is made to order, every delivery is carefully planned to ensure your new piece arrives in perfect condition and is ready to enjoy from day one.

White Glove delivery service

Our White Glove delivery goes beyond standard furniture delivery. Your order is handled with care at every stage, from arrival at your home to final placement, giving you complete peace of mind.

1. Visit us in store

Visit one of our stores to explore our collections, experience the comfort and finishes first-hand, and receive expert guidance from our team.

2. Place your order

Once you've chosen your furniture, your order is placed in-store. As each piece is made to order, it will be crafted specifically to your selected size, configuration and finish.

3. Agree your delivery date

We will advise of an approx delivery date in store. When your furniture is ready, our delivery team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date that works for you.

4. Receive your furniture

On the day of delivery, our White Glove team will carefully deliver, unpack and assemble your furniture, placing it exactly where you want it. All packaging is removed and responsibly disposed of, and a final check is carried out before the team leaves your home.
